FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How do I start a project?

Send the product type, quantity, artwork, and timing through the quote form. We will confirm the best production route in writing.

What should I include in my quote request?

Include the item or material, quantity, artwork, desired placement, and target date. Photos help when you are supplying the product.

Do you provide a proof before production?

Yes. Every order receives a formal electronic proof and mockup for approval after we receive the artwork and product information. Nothing moves into production until you approve it.

What is the lead time?

Timing depends on the product, marking method, quantity, and production schedule. Reach out early when a date matters, especially for larger runs or fixed events.

Can I send my own items?

Yes. Most projects begin with items supplied by the customer. Send a photo and the material details first so we can confirm the marking method and any handling requirements.

Can you source items for us?

Sometimes. We work with trusted partners for reliable sourcing when it makes sense for the project. We are not an official reseller, so sourcing is quoted at the partner’s available pricing rather than a guaranteed discount.

What artwork files work best?

Vector AI, EPS, and PDF files are preferred. We can review raster artwork early and let you know what will reproduce cleanly.

Can each item have unique text or codes?

Yes. We can work from a spreadsheet with one row per item to mark names, serial numbers, asset tags, or other unique data.

Can you handle volume orders?

Yes. Volume pricing begins at 100 units. We handle production runs for deployment teams, resellers, corporate programs, and promotional product partners.

Do you work with companies?

Yes. Company and contract decorating work is the core of In A Flash Laser, from branded technology and awards to promotional products and serialized hardware. Many of those customers come back for every new rollout, and we keep their artwork and specs on file so a reorder doesn't start from scratch.

How do I get in touch?

Email is the best way to reach us. It keeps the brief, artwork, proofs, and approvals in one thread, from the first message to final sign-off.
