Two ways to mark the case
Laser engraving and direct printing give a logo two different treatments. Our AirPods work includes dark-gray laser etching and full-color printing on the case. If you have a preferred look, send an example along with your artwork. If you are still deciding, we can discuss which option suits your model and design.
A logo that depends on color may suit printing. A name or a detailed one-color design may suit engraving. Share the result you have in mind and We’ll help choose a process that suits your case.
Laser engraving for names and fine details
Laser engraving creates a dark-gray mark on compatible AirPods cases. It is an option for logos, small text, and fine details where a single-color treatment fits the design. Send the exact wording and a clear copy of the artwork so we can review the proposed mark.
The model matters alongside the design. Include the AirPods model and identify the case you want decorated. A photograph is useful if you already have the items, especially when you are comparing a previous project with a different case. We will confirm the proposed treatment rather than assume every case can be handled the same way.
Direct printing when the color matters
Our custom-branded AirPods work also includes full-color direct printing. Ink is applied to the case itself, rather than to a sticker or decal. Printing can preserve the colors in your company logo.
Share the logo file and any brand color references with the inquiry. If you have several logo versions, include them so we can discuss which fits the available space. If your logo has versions with and without the company name, send both so we can see which fits best.
AirPods Max engraving
AirPods Max have a different surface to work with: the outer ear cups. These projects show WordPress.com logos and a larger Root 11 design engraved on the headphones themselves.
Send your artwork, quantity, and exact AirPods Max model. Tell us whether you want the same design on both ear cups or different details on each. We’ll review the placement and finish before setting up the job.
Company gifts with your logo
We’ve customized AirPods for company gifts and promotions. Tell us who will receive yours and what the occasion is. A client gift, an employee milestone, and a company event may call for different wording even when the same logo appears on each case.
Use your company logo on its own or add a short message for the occasion. Send the actual text rather than a general description such as “something for our anniversary.” That lets us review the space and the design with fewer assumptions.
Repeat a company order
If you’re adding to an earlier batch, send the order details or a clear photo of the finished case. Include the AirPods model for the new order, the quantity, and any changes to the logo or wording.
A different case model may change the available space or the position of the design. We’ll review those differences with you before setting up the new order. The original placement may need to change.

Can you repeat an older AirPods order?
Send the earlier order information, artwork, or a photo, plus the quantity you need now. Include the model for the new batch so we can check the repeat against the current project requirements.
