LOGOS AND NAMES ON COMPATIBLE CASES
Custom tablet case decorating
Put your company logo or individual names on a tablet case, with the process chosen for the actual surface. Send us the case model, a product link or photos, your artwork, and the quantity. We’ll check the details before you buy cases or send anything in.

Choose the case for the tablet first
A case has to fit the device and the way it is used. Branding comes after those decisions. Start with the exact tablet model and the case you want to use, rather than choosing an older cover simply because it appears in a project photo.
If you have already selected a case for your team, send its product link and a photograph of the area you want decorated. If you are still deciding, tell us the models you are considering. That gives us something specific to review before you commit to a batch.
Engraving or printing depends on the surface
The portfolio includes engraved leather cases, engraved Smart Covers, and printed tablet covers. Those are different jobs on different materials. We’ll check whether engraving or UV printing suits your case and artwork.
A surface that looks like leather may have a different construction or finish from another case. Raised details, textured panels, seams, and folds also affect where a design can sit. Send the manufacturer’s material description when you have it. We’ll discuss the proposed case rather than assume that all covers behave alike.

Logos for a company tablet batch
A company logo can help a group of tablets look like they belong together, whether they are used by staff or prepared for a business project. The branded rugged case shown here keeps the logo on the outside of the protective shell.
For your batch, tell us whether every case will carry the same artwork or whether names or other details change between pieces. Send your original logo file if possible. Include a reference showing where you would like it placed, but leave room to adjust the size around the usable area of the case.
Names and individual details
A name can be the main design or a smaller detail alongside a company logo. We’ve engraved both individual names and company logos on leather iPad cases. The available space and the case surface guide the layout.
If different people receive different cases, send the details in a clear list and include a few of the longest names. If the cases themselves differ by tablet model, explain how the names should be matched to those models. That information belongs in the job details before the order is prepared.
Color artwork and printed covers
Printed covers can carry a full-color company logo or a photograph. The white and colored Smart Covers shown here are examples of printing on different cover surfaces. Your case material and finish need their own review before we choose a process.
Send the actual image or artwork you want to use. A photograph, a multi-color logo, and small lettering each need a different amount of space to remain clear. Tell us which part of the design matters most so we can discuss a layout suited to the case rather than squeeze everything onto it.
Check the current case before buying
We’ve worked on iPads and their accessories since the first iPad arrived in 2010. Cases have changed across those generations. A completed project can help explain the look you want, but it does not confirm that the same case is available for your current tablet.
If an older project is close to what you want, send us the example along with your current tablet and case details. We can use that design as a starting point, then check what will work on your case. Please confirm the job with us before purchasing or shipping cases.
Plan the placement around everyday use
A cover may fold into a stand, include a keyboard, or have a textured grip area. A rugged shell may have a small flat panel inside a larger molded shape. The usable area for your design may be smaller than the outside of the case.
Show us the case both closed and open if the placement depends on how it folds. Tell us whether the artwork should be visible when the tablet is carried, used on a desk, or stored. Those details help us discuss a placement that makes sense for the way your team uses the equipment.
Start with a written quote
Send the exact tablet model, case make and model, quantity, artwork, required date, and delivery destination. Tell us whether you already own the cases and whether the design changes across the batch. A product link is especially helpful if the same range includes several materials or versions.
We’ll review the proposed work with you and arrange the custom order once the details are agreed. Case suitability, artwork placement, timing, and pricing are confirmed for the job. Please get in touch before purchasing or shipping the cases.
Frequently asked questions
Can every tablet case be engraved?
No single process suits every case. Send the exact make and model, a material description, and clear photographs. We’ll review the proposed surface and discuss whether engraving or printing is appropriate.
Do you still sell the cases shown in old projects?
The portfolio shows completed jobs, including older tablet models. It does not confirm current case availability. Get in touch with your current device and case requirements before buying or sending anything.
Can you decorate cases supplied by customers?
Send the case details and photographs first. We need to review the actual product and proposed artwork before arranging any work or shipping.
Can the same order include different names?
Include the names, quantities, and case models in your inquiry. If the models differ, explain which name goes with which case so those details can be included when the job is reviewed.
Tell us about your project.
Send your tablet model, case product link or photos, quantity, artwork, and required date. We’ll review the case and help you arrange the job before you buy or ship anything.
